Terms and conditions

General Terms

  • All our services include call-out charges.
  • Free quotes are provided only over the phone.
  • If a customer requests an on-site quotation, a minimum call-out fee will be applicable.

Service Requests & Complaints

  • Service requests are only registered within 24 hours after service completion.
  • No complaints will be entertained after 24 hours of service completion.

Additional Work & Charges

  • If we find additional damage or extra work is required, additional charges will apply.
  • The prices quoted at the time of booking may differ from final quotations provided during inspection.
  • Final quotations will be confirmed only after an on-site inspection.

Refund & Redo Policy

  • No refund policy is applicable under any circumstances.
  • We do not provide redo services.
  • Customers must allow technicians to take before and after photos of the cleaned items.
  • We do not guarantee shrinkage prevention in curtain cleaning services.

Booking & Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel or modify their bookings by notifying us via:
    1. Toll-free number
    2. Email
  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • If cancellation occurs upon technician arrival, a call-out fee will be charged.
  • No additional charges apply for rescheduling an appointment.
  • DrapesCleaning.com.au reserves the right to:
    1. Cancel an appointment if service conditions are not met.
    2. Reschedule or delay services due to unforeseen circumstances.

Parking & Site Conditions

  • Customers must arrange parking for the service vehicle.
  • Parking costs will be added to the invoice.
  • If parking is unavailable within a short distance, a surcharge will be applied.
  • Customers must provide running water and electricity at the property.
  • Additional charges may apply if the premises are on the 2nd floor or above without lift access.

Payments & Charges

  • Payments must be made on the same day after service completion.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    1. Cash
    2. Credit Cards
    3. AMEX Cards
  • If the customer is unavailable at the service time, full payment must be made in advance.
  • The work will not proceed unless payment is made before service commencement.
  • DrapesCleaning.com.au reserves the right to revise prices if:
    1. The item’s condition differs from the description given at booking.
    2. The customer requests additional work.

Liability & Work Validity

  • Our work validity is 24 hours from service completion.
  • If the customer is unsatisfied with the service, they must contact us within 24 hours via email.
  • Our technicians are not responsible for:
    1. Pre-existing damage to items or property.
    2. Damage that cannot be restored through regular cleaning and restoration methods.
